Refund & Returns Policy

At Fotofilme Analogik, we aim to provide our customers with the highest quality products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you in accordance with Spanish consumer protection laws.

This Refund and Returns Policy complies with Spanish consumer protection legislation, including Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (which incorporates the EU Consumer Rights Directive) and other applicable laws.

  1. Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation)
    Under Spanish consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract and request a refund for most products and services purchased from our website within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery without giving any reason. This applies only to goods and/services that are not custom-made, personalized, or otherwise exempt from this right (see exceptions below).
  • How to exercise your right of withdrawal:
    To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us within the 14-day period by contacting us at info@ffanalogik.es or via our contact information provided in the Terms and Conditions. Please include your order number, the items you wish to return, and your request for a refund.
  • Effects of withdrawal:
    If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the full price of the returned goods (excluding shipping fees, unless the goods are faulty). We will process the refund within 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal. The refund will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Return shipping:
    You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective, or the return is a result of an error on our part.
  1. Returns of Defective or Incorrect Products
    If the product you received is defective, damaged, or not as described, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
  • How to report defective or incorrect products:
    Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to notify us of any defects, damages, or incorrect items. We will require photos or other evidence to support your claim. Once we confirm the defect or error, we will arrange for the return of the product and provide a full refund or a replacement.
  • Refund process:
    If you are entitled to a refund due to a defective or incorrect product, we will refund the full price, including shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
  1. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
    In certain cases, you do not have the right to withdraw from the contract under Spanish law. These include, but are not limited to:
  • Custom-made or personalized products: If you have ordered a product that has been specifically tailored to your specifications, such as customized prints, photos, or other bespoke items, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
  • Services already performed: If the service has been fully performed (e.g., processing a photo or film order), the right to cancel the order is lost.
  • Sealed goods: If the goods are sealed for hygiene or health protection reasons (such as certain photographic products or chemicals), the right of withdrawal does not apply once the seal is broken.
  1. Non-returnable Products
    Certain products cannot be returned or refunded, such as:
  • Used or opened goods: Products that have been opened or used (e.g., photographic film, chemicals, or sealed items) cannot be returned for a refund unless they are defective.
  • Custom-made or personalized products: As mentioned, custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
  1. Process for Returns
    To return a product:
  1. Contact us via info@ffanalogik.es within the specified time frame.
  2. Provide your order number, a description of the reason for the return, and any supporting images (in case of defective or incorrect products).
  3. Upon approval, we will guide you on how to return the item(s).
  1. Refunds
    Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that:
  • It may take up to 14 calendar days to process and refund your payment.
  • Refunds for custom-made or personalized products may only be provided if they are defective or damaged.
  1. Exchanges
    We do not generally offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please follow the returns process for a refund and place a new order for the correct item.
